This notice explains how EG Beauty Brands handles information provided through this corporate website and its commercial enquiry form.

Information you provide

The form asks for your name, company, work email, country or market, opportunity type and message. Depending on the enquiry, you may also provide a brand, category, channels, timing, programme details, available rights or distribution capabilities. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential agreements or financial documents. The form does not accept attachments.

How enquiries are used

We use enquiry information to assess the opportunity, respond and manage a relevant business relationship. All website enquiry types are directed to Gurmeet at gurmeet@egbeautybrands.com. A website receipt confirms that the enquiry has been recorded; it does not confirm a distribution appointment, order or exclusive territory.

Hosting and service providers

Cloudflare provides website hosting, security and enquiry storage. Service providers may process the information needed to protect the website, record an enquiry and deliver it to EG. Cloudflare’s spam-prevention service may process technical request information to verify form submissions. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for advertising profiling.

To limit abusive form submissions, the form service uses a technical counter derived from the request’s network address. The counter does not store the raw address and is separate from website analytics. Old counter windows are removed when the form service processes requests.

If you submit an enquiry, we use Formspree to process it and send a notification to gurmeet@egbeautybrands.com. Your name, email address, company, market, message and other details you provide may be shared with these providers for that purpose. Formspree may process information in the United States and other countries. Its free plan provides 30 days of accessible submission history; this does not mean that every copy is deleted after 30 days. Provider retention and processing are described in Formspree’s privacy policy. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through these forms.

Website measurement and links

Website analytics and advertising trackers are disabled. Restricted campaign identifiers and an originating site path may accompany a form enquiry when supplied; arbitrary query parameters and full referring URLs are excluded. Fonts and images are served with this website. Consumer brand websites and other external links lead to separate services with their own privacy notices.

Retention and your requests
